Here’s one of our favourite diet hacks that we teach our members.
Now, you know we are all about Energy here. Balancing energy for optimal wellbeing doesn’t have to be a difficult task. In fact, the simpler the rules, the easier it is to remain healthy.
The 80% rule stops that heavy, lethargic feeling we often get from large meals. Even perfectly good healthily balanced meals can leave you wanting a rest if you over eat. So we teach this diet hack from the outset.
On top of helping you have more energy, eating to 80%, and eating plenty of Fibrous Veggies in that meal, can lead to weight loss – without even realising you’re dieting. And you don’t have to restrict the foods you love to do it.
That’s a pretty cool benefit from such a simple practice!
