This is a great TedTalk by Chris Wharton, a personal trainer with a very similar message to what we share here at Emergent Health. He talks about the value of exercise on mental health but talks beautifully on the topic of why we should exercise for how it makes us feel, not how it may make us look. And on doing so, he demonstrates how his own body changes just one day after a photo shoot. It’s a great watch so please take a few minutes to check it out.
