It’s Never Too Late. You’re Never Too Old.

Here’s a little inspiration for you.

I speak to people all the time that have allowed themselves to get into the mindset that their opportunities for good health are now behind them. Yet whether you’re simply trying to regain health after years of putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own, or you’re feeling frustrated by your own ageing process, there really is every reason why you could still reach life your goals.

All it takes is a strong determination, some training and maybe a little guidance too.

Marcel Remy was 92 years young when he decided he wanted to return to the mountains and put himself to the challenge once again. Sure, he has a lot of experience gained through a lifetime enjoying the mountains, but returning to climbing was something nobody thought he’d be strong enough to accomplish again.

Often people won’t even try to reach a goal when failure is likely. “What’s the point in trying?” Yet, Marcel, was given a 5-10% chance of succeeding and he trained for it anyway.

It turns out that 5-10% is all you really need! You simply take your time, get prepared and keep pressing forward. Like the ancient proverb says, “A journey of a thousand miles starts with one step”.

If you have 20 minutes, please watch of this film and let me know in the comments below what it got you thinking about in your own life.

Did it remind you of a life goal you decided to let go of? If so, could it still be achievable, even if there’s just a 5% chance you would succeed? It would make you feel pretty good if you did, right?
